rdbss error

I have a windows 2000 pro computer at work with service pack 2/3 or 4. I
forget which one. While a user was looking at out lan server they got a bsod
with:

rdbss.sys

RDR_FILE_SYSTEM

What is this about? It didn't happen again. Should I try to fix it with
something?
 
Update to Service Pack 4 on the workstation, earlier service packs have
problems with the network redirector service.
