rd-rom booting

hi ,, for some reason my RD-ROM does not boot any more ,.,
e.g if i put a windows CD in to install windows, it will
not boot from the cd-rom ,., nothing happens,, the
computer acts like if there is no cd in the cd-rom ,.,
inted windows loads up just nomaly ,., and nothing
happens ,., where as b4 ,., if i put in any bootable cd-
rom ,. it would boot up,., but now ,., nothing happens,.,
plzz help
 
You will need to get into the computer's BIOS and change the boot disk
sequence, so that the CD is first.
