RCP Trouble

I can't stay on the internet because the Remote Call
Procedure was terminated unexpectedly, I can't shut it off
from the Running Processes manager, and I can't use Net
Stop to stop it, is there any other way?

It appears that you may have been infected with the
Blaster virus or one of it's variants. More info and
