been running rc1 since it came out and wanted to upgrade to rc2.
i upgraded from xp pro to rc1 fine and had been running it for almost a month.
some bugs but no major problems.
now it gets almost done upgrading to rc2 and bsod's with a error message
IRQL_NOT_LESS_OR_EQUAL
took out one of the graphics cards and still the same bsod.
so i rolled it back until a fix is found?
like i said before this system ran fine on rc1, rc2 seems to have gone
backwards.

thanks but that link refers to a ugrade from 98 or xp to rc1.
i upgraded from rc1 to rc2 and rc2 screwed my rc1 install up that
i had been running for almost a month.
even a roll back to rc1 didn't work so neither vista installs would
work after the rc2 install got done screwing everything up.
tried a repair install also and nothing.
so instead of wiping the drive and loading vista rc1 again
i just loaded my xp pro back on there.
rc2 install is hosed from rc1 install that was the point of the post.
this system worked and installed vista rc1 fine rc2 install is borked.
