Hello Everytime i connect to the internet i get a white box saying RBA has
encountered a problem.Please close or send error report.I always sent it but
it still comes up everytime i connect. I have internet. Can you help

Hasve you checked for spyware or a virus?

It's bundled with Compaq/HP PCs. Uninstalling Compaq-RBA (Rules Based Agent)
should help.

Thank-you for replying but where do i go to unstall this RBA

I think the application should be in Add/Remove Programs. If you have a
Compaq/HP PC, check with their support team better.
