How do I take a percentage and turn that into a ratio

example: I have a percentage of 12.6% and I need to have that calculated into a ratio like 7.1:

You can use another cell, and format it as needed. If 25% were in A2, then:
=1/A2

Format this (Format - Cells - Number - Custom) with something like:

General":1"

However, for 12.6%, I get around 7.9 to 1, not 7.1.
 
That isn't doing what I am looking for.
I am taking 2 numbers a4= 248 c4=
I can figure out the percentage of those two numbers but I need the percentage turned into a ratio to 1.
A4= total numbers of lead
c4= number sol
I need to figure out how many leads were taken to get one sale

That's why the ratio has got to be "something":1

When I tried what you gave me it's giving me 248/9 and I need that broken down. Does that make sense?

It is doing the ratio fine, however I want to limit the ratio to 2 spots after the decimal and it is giving me up to three. How do I change this in the custom mode. Thanks
