Im writing an application to perform some automated remote monitoring.

In order to FTP a data file from the monitoring computer to our web server i
need to establish a connection then send the file using a control I bought
and then disconnect from the network.

I'm using a mobile phone type device over a GPRS connection from Windows
2000.

I've been calling a batch file with a shell command but believe that there
must be a better way for .NET to connect.
