The rasautou.exe file constantly tries to execute on its own. How do I stop this? Ending the process in the Task Manager doesn't stop it. This is very annoying, can anyone help?

This is a Microsoft file; Remote Access Dialer. You have some
utility/program/spyware/malware/trojan that is trying to call out. Have you
run a complete security scan of your system?

If you had a good firewall on your computer, you could control this action.
Many system processes try to call out. Your antivirus program may (you do
have one, don't you), Windows Update may call out. Many programs you have on
your machine may try to auto update. And of course, many of the spywear and
virus's may call out.
With a good firewall, you know who is trying to get out and you can deny
them access.
