can anyone tell me what this is "Windows Remote Access Service (RAS) client"
 
Invite a friend to connect to your computer with Remote Assistance (RAS).
Try it, go to Start>Help and Support>under Ask for Assistance click the
first green arrow. Contact your friend in advance and then you can invite
them to take a look at your PC. Be careful for they can access ALL your
data including personal and financial files.
