The NetBIOS gateway has been configured to access the network but there are
no network adapters available. Remote clients connecting with the NBF
protocol will only be able to access resources on the local machine.

please help me

Sorry I did not understand the problem, could you give me more details on
what are your requirement is. Do you want to establish a PPTP/L2TP VPN
connection or you want to establish a dial up connection?

I dunno what Contempt got, but I got the above error when I tried to
connect a XPSP2 Prof. box to an RRAS VPN server Win2K box that is DC
and DNS-server as well.

From the client side I see Authenticating username and password for
ever and ever until I get the 721.

The "Internet" NIC has enabled TCP/IP, no NIC IP or Port filtering,
NetBIOS over TCP/IP disabled and no NetBT (Microsoft Network Client
unchecked)

The RRAS policy features a packet filter on the Internet device
however, which is outlined in accordance with the "Configuring a Packet
Filter for a VPN Server" instructions on TechNet.
