don't know how or why, but when windows starts up, it says
it says it is setting up a 'security policy.'
I think the 'security policy' may be related to the fact
that I cannot get Remote Access Connection manager to
start.
this is a machine that had six worms/viruses. I cleaned
it all up, reloaded windows 2000 --- and only the LAN
works, not the remote access dial-up.
