RAS on SBS2000

I followed the instructions for setting up RRAS on our SBS2000 server but
when I try and connect the modem doesn't answer.

I'm sure its simple but I can't see where to change the setting to have the
modem answer the incoming call.
 
You can set the modem settings in devmgmt.msc
Have you selected the "Dialup" option while configuring RRAS ?
