RAS ISDN Issues

have a w2k server domain controller which also acts as a RAS server.
I have 4 ISDN modems attached via com ports to the server
when the client dials in via ISDN, the {"verifying username and password
dialogue box comes up for about 20 seconds and then a error message pops up "
The port was disconnected" Analog works fine. Just the ISDN dialup is a
problem. Any Ideas Please help
