In my RAS connections I have to enter my user name,
password and domain each time I connect. The option
to "Save this user name and password for the following
users" is grayed out. I cannot find an option for this
in the local group policy on the laptop so I think it
must be something I can edit in the registry. Does
anyone know where that registry edit is located or if
there is another way to make sure my login information
gets saved between log ins?

On IE goto Tools - Internet Options - Content -
AutoComplete there you find options to save password etc.

Hope this will work for you.
