ras can not setup

hi
i have windows 2000 server member of domain i want to
install ras on this computer to set VPN but i can not its
not gioving any thing if i right click the computer for
ras it will show only windows auth. . i don't know is
there is any patch for ras on windows 2000
windows which i have is sp4 installed
