Rant Alert

I needed to rant so here it is..........

I'm currently working off a work laptop and every time I press Shift + R to get a capital R it brings up some ruler type thing. I googled this and I know you can get rid of it by pressing Shift + Alt + R. That's not the point though, typing ANYTHING with a capital R takes forever now!

Who at Microsoft thought it would be a good idea to bring up the ruler with a Shift + R command?

That sounds annoying - but you're not alone judging from some other wee rants I spotted Looks like someone found a solution:

I discovered that typing Ctrl-R disables the unwanted hot key.

I obviously didn't look hard enough when I was trying to find a solution. I was obviously too angry! hahaha.

Just so ridiculous.

It's pretty much the same as some spaz from Microsoft going 'I reckon we should use Control + Alt + Delete for opening every program you have on your computer'.

Crazy!!
