Hi
Anyone can help me how to rank data from 3 diferrence location (worksheet)
Example: I have 3 classes with students marks and grades (class1A.xls, class1B.xls & class1C.xls
I can rank students positions within class but how to rank overall 3 classes.

Try something like this on the first student and copy
down. The copy accross the other sheets.

=RANK(B2,class1A:class1C!B2:B15)

If there are separate workbooks (as indicated by the .xls)
open each book, choose Windows, Tile and point the
formulas.
