Randomly selecting a name from a list

My first foray into posting to this forum.
I have a list of 450 names, each one numbered.
I want to use a macro to randomly [randomize] select a name from the list. I want to continue to select different names till all jobs are allocated and I don't want any one person to receive a repeat job.
Any one who can help with this?
