I can access 99.9% of all websites without problem,
however there is one website which I cannot access and it
gives me a page cannot be displayed error. I know this
page is not offline because I have accessed it from other
networks. I cannnot ping this host and I did a tracert
but I can't even make it one hop. I don't think its being
blocked but Im not really sure what my problem is. I only
started not being able to access this page since I moved
to XP. I was able to fix it one by doing something with
winsock and something in the registry but it only worked
for a few weeks and now I don't remember it. Any help
would be greatly appreciated.
