Hello,

I have found slideshow screensavers -- but the ones that I've found
always show the same pictures in the same order. Is there a good one
that simply does the following:

1. looks in a preassigned directory, and picks a picture file at
random;
2. shows it for a few seconds,
3. repeats with a new random picture.

In other words, I want a screensaver that doesn't look the same every
time.

This is going to run on Windows 98SE.

Thank you for all responses!

There are probably a bajillion savers that will do what you want. Ask over
in alt.binaries.screen-savers.

You can do this with MyAlbum, if you first create an album of the contents
of the folder. This is very easy.
