Random Recolourer?

Does a program that does a Photoshop like "replace colour" with every
group of colours in a picture, randomly?

For example, a picture with lots of blues and greens might, at the
click of a button, have lots of reds and yellows. Such an automated
proccess is unlikely to be perfect, but it would still be good for
visual brainstorming.

Something like the "Swap Color" chooser in IrfanView or the
"Swap" chooser in XnView ?

RGB -> RBG
RGB -> BGR
and so on

It can do

Sinlge color replacement (one tint)
RGB channel swap

Babya Photo Workshop has a color wand tool that may be useful and a min-lab
application that has color correction tools:

Yeah :-) Thanks for pointing me in those directions. They do what I'm
looking for, if only in a limited (and easy to code) way.

Considering these functions, the ideal program for this purpose would
be able to generate an infinite number of three-value colour systems
to use. Users could either cycle through them, or change them at
random.

I guess something could be done with Photoshop scripting...

Harry's Filters v 3 will randomize, or even animate, the color sliders.
Works with IrfanView or XNview.
The buttons to push are "Jump" and "Play"
