Random MS Office problems with TS

I am stuck on these two problems. ONE - Just one of my 50 or so TS users is
getting an error message in Outlook when they try to use spellcheck, and it
won't work. It says Error occured while checking spelling. TWO - A couple
of users can not activate the QuickLaunch bar. It says Can not create
toolbar. Both of these used to work for my users, and all of a sudden
stopped for no apparent reason. Any recommendation on how to correct this?
Could there be a setting in their TS profile or registry value somewhere that
could be changed? Help! Thanks!
 
Office 2000 Pro. Server was in Install Mode when installed. It had been
fine for the past 2 years that it has been on the server. Just one of those
little random glitches that reared its head recently. I have no idea where
to start to correct the problem. I suppose I could delete the user, create
the account again, and copy over necessary files, but that would mean they
would lose a lot of settings, and I'd rather not. Any clues? Thanks!

Was the transform from the ORK used during the install?
What Service Pack is the Office installation?

If it was only one user having problems, I'd say it's probably just a
corrupted profile, but since multiple people are having problems I suspect
the install, unpatched version or corrupted files.

Have you run chkdsk lately?
