Random freezing/lock ups & Blue Screen errors

I'm running XP on my laptop and I've had nothing but problems with it. When I run certain programs, i.e. Adobe's Photoshop, it may run for awhile and then suddenly get a blue screen, memory dump error. Also my computer freezes without warning and just locks up. It does not reboot it just stays at the current screen. Any suggestions? Please email me.

The contents of the blue screen error tells you the story.

The next time this happens, copy down the first two lines on the
screen. Character by character. Be excruciatingly accurate. Then
type here.
