Random Blue Screen and Restart

I've been fighting this problem for almost a month and am at my wits end.
Roughly 3 times per day my pc flashes a blue screen and then restart. When
I'm able, I try to review the error message, but there is no consistency.
There is no consistent action or activity that produces it, appears to be
completely random

I've formatted the hard disk and reloaded the OS to eliminate the
possibility of a software issue.

Configuration Details:
PIII - 700
256 MB RAM
30 GB Hard Disk
64 MB NVIDIA GeForce
SoundBlaster
 
Go to System Properties > Advanced > Startup and Recovery. Uncheck
auto-startup , reboot. Copy complete error message when system crashes and
repost for more assistance. ( Do you have high quality ram) ? Jym
