Currently in Access I have a form set up with a print
button in order for the user to see a report with the
given data entered on the form. Recently, when that
button is pressed, random forms produce blank reports.
Nearly all of the entries work; however, it is happening
in only a few random instances. Any ideas? Thank you in
advance.

Just how blank _are_ they? Do you mean nothing is coming out except
blank sheets of paper, or do you mean the titles are printing with no
data? Or something other than these alterntives? "Nearly all of the
entries"? Could you explain in a little more detail what you have and
what you are doing? Chances are good that someone will be able to make
useful suggestions with enough information to go on.

sorry for not providing enough information before.
basically, a few random reports will come up with all the
data being inputted into the form missing. other static
items are there, but the data is missing. it only
happens randomly though, with the rest of the reports
working fine.

For something you describe, the first step is usually to advise to visit the
printer manufacturer's site and download the most up-to-date driver for your
printer. That may or may not be beneficial in your case. But if the titles
and labels are there but the data is not, and there haven't been any design
mods (like setting text color in the text boxes displaying data to white),
and running the same report again at a different time does work, then it is
going to be a hard one to debug.
