random automatic restarts with fatal error message

Every since i downloaded SP@ on my system my computer will restart and come
up with your system has recovered from a fatal error, the error message that
is sent to microsoft says Temp\WER980adir00\mini101104-01.dmp and
Temp\WER980qdir00\sysdata.xml. This is happening more frequently. Im sure it
isnt helping my computer.

OK, I've had the same problem and the problem was in faulty RA
memory... that's almost the 90% reason when you get an error with
file sysdata.xml and the *.dmp file. Check your RAM with Memtest an
you will see. I remowed the RAM module that was causing crashes and no
