ramdrive for win2000 / XP / 2003

hi

my friend told me "oh great old dos..."
he had to test some programs that write to disk
he's looking for "ramdrive": a tool that mounts a virtual (re)sizable drive
(NTFS or FAT32 or ...) in RAM.

is there one tested and free that allows to use more than 32MB ... up to
maximum of free ram?
