You have to install a ramdisk utility. Otherwise, yes but you might want to
reserve some RAM for the ramdisk - maxmem (or so) switch in boot.ini. Since
there are a few different ways to configure, use a ramdisk, and all that
would take a lot of posting, search Google for "xp ramdisk" or similar.
