If you give us the model number of your Dell, we can find
a service manual.

The Dell site has service manuals, but they're not real
service manuals - but they do tell you how to change RAM,
change hard drive, and so on.

The RAM is probably under the central door, but I want
to check the manual first to be sure. It could be it
takes SODIMMs of some sort.
