Hallo,

sarching for answers.

Motherboard ASUS CUSL2-C with 128MB RAM Infineon (HYB39S128800CT-7.5, C2,
EEE 12552 und EEE 11525, J1). Which RAM should I buy, habe to look for
(specifications).

Is it possible to built in 256Mb or 512MB to my Ram now of 128MB?

Intel 815 chipset has a 512MB memory limit.
You can buy the 256MB and add it for 384MB total, or pull
out the old 128MB module and replace it with a 512MB OR 2 x
256MB.

Since your current memory is PC133 CAS2.5, that should be a
good spec for additional memory.
