RAM speed

how can you tell what a random stick of memory is? a found a couple in the closet and would like to know what they are

It is marked on them ... very criptic, but can be read.

if you can find the FCC ID use one of these, the 64x4 i think refers to the size and number of chips, so 256MB maybe
