Have two custom written DOS Programs that I need to use
in our business. Usually create RAM drives to speed them
up. Tried the SUBST command in WindowsXP Professional
with poor results. Any ideas?

RAM drives are usually equivalent to FAT-16 and XP Pro is FAT-32 or NTFS.
They are not communicating.

ram drives arent worth the ram, back in the old days of dos and fat 12/16 mabey, but now , no way. dont bother, run a
small pagefile on a striped raid, much faster!!!!
