For a program that is supposed to be able to be customized I must say I am
experiencing high frustration. Even though I tick or untick the prefs
nothing seems to stick . I do not want the calendar to jump to the screen
edge - I want it where I put it - period. So what does it do RIGHT - jump
to the edge. I am running win98. Does this program work or doesn't it? - if
not well out it goes!

Hello Paul,

I can understand your frustration. After reading your post I installed
this thing (also Win98). I also got exactly the same results as you!

To make a long story short here is what you need to do...

1.)In languages folder rename "English.diff" to "English.ini" (change the
extention to ini)
and
2.)in the folder where the executable is located create a new text file
and name it "Rainlendar.ini"

Now when you change the settings in config they will save.

Works for me (WinXP). On the layout tab I select Position: Normal and
Other Settings: Movable Window. I drag it to where I want it to be
and it stays there.
