Rainbow six Vegas

I have Vista Ultimate 32bit and 8800GTS video card.
I am having problems playing Rainbow six Vegas.
My q. is if the game needs the update to play properly on Vista.
I am asking that cause when i cancel the update the game crashes.
The game installed OK though.

No need to update it on vista 32 & 64 bit, just find the ****.reg file of
Rainbow six from net or replace rainbow.exe file with crack rainbow.exe
file , can be found on net.
Also update ur video card drivers to version released on Dec 20 ,2007.

Run As Administrator!

1st.I have put the crack.exe in the game dir.it is from HATRED
2nd. I have updated the drivers.
3rd.I have run the game as an admin.

Despite all this the game still crashes.
What is interesting though is that the in game utility that checks the
system if it can run the game says that my system does not meet min system
req.
It says specifically that the processor has not the min. requirements.
But my processor is Q6600 quad-core.
Do you have any other sugestions?
As i said before i cancel the download of the update and then it crashes.

How about the crack.exe? You have to try running everything as Admin.
