Raid configuration question

I have (2) 80 Gig SATA hard drives on order, which I want to put in a Mirror
configuration.

Will they be drives C & D? Will I be able to access both of them, or will
only C be available??

If you have a mirror, they will appear as one drive.

Yes, and they'll appear as one 80GB drive if you mirror. If your stripe
(RAID 0) they'll appear as one 160GB drive.
