Raid 5 created with W2k3 not accessible with XP Pro

I created a raid5 volume on 4 4gb drives in Windows 2003
Server. Now the machine is running Windows XP
Professional, but the volume doesnt work. All four drives
can be seen in disk management console, all four of them
is online. But the volume got status Failed. When
rightclicking the volume I can only choose between
removing it or getting help.

Can I access this partition in any way just to grab the
data without first installing Windows 2003 Server again?

If this is a software RAID5 volume only the server versions of Windows
2000/2003 will be able to access it, as the client versions do not support
any software fault tolerance options (RAID1/RAID5).
