Raid 5 Configuration

Hi
we have HP proliant ML 370 Server with 3 SCSI Hard disk each of having
capacity 146.8 GB. Now we want to implement Hardware Raid 5 on it. Pls help
us on guiding how to do it. we would also appreciate if u could give us any
useful links to raid 5.
