Raid 10

I'm trying to get information on Raid 10, how it works, is it
compatible with W2K etc.

A hardware raid is completely transparent to the operating system so
compatibility isn't an issue in that sense. The only issue would be the
availability of the Windows 2000 driver for your raid controller which in
most cases should be a non-issue as well.
