Hi everybody,
Is there anyway to create RAID 0 using two external SATA hard drives?
If yes, since the external SATA drives have their own power button
what would occur if I switch off one of the disk?
Thanks,
Jokin

Yes, you can use eSATA.

Same thing as when you unplug the power with an internal sata drive
the raid system should report that one drive has gone and so is your data.

Sure: eSATA or ofr USB/Firewire in software-RAID.

Depends. In a sane implementation, the effect would be the same as if
you switched both of.
