The beta1 app is not controlled via group policy. That's one reason for the
recommendation not to deploy in enterprises, on production machines.
It's been speculated--and perhaps tried, that the always ignore choice is
recorded in one of the .GCD files in the installation folder.
If you want to live dangerously--consider makeing this change on a machine,
and immediately checking out the .GCD files by date and time. They are
pretty clearly named, so you may be able to spot one, or perhaps 2 files
which record that preference.
Then you need a batch process to shut down Microsoft Antispyware (taskkill)
and copy the relevant files over the existing ones, and, ideally, restart
the machine?
That's a lot more than I'd be comfortable trying, myself, but it's the way
to get that job done that I can imagine.
Remote Admin apps that can be present without the knowledge and consent of
the console user should all be called out by Microsoft Antispyware.
