Hello dear everybody,
First, I use RRAS with FreeRadius in Linux( as a RADIUS
server). I noticed that when RRAS sends the update packets
toward my RADIUS server, sometimes the InputOctets and
OutputOctets fields are the compressed values and
sometimes are the uncompressed values. Moreover, at the
time of stopping the account, again sometimes the
InputOctets and OutputOctets fields which are the final
values in a session are sent and sometimes are not sent,
while when sent, are either compressed values or
uncompressed. As a result, if I sum up the values received
in update packets in a single session, it would be a
mixture of compressed and uncompressed values. How can I
force the RRAS to either send compressed or( exclusively)
uncompressed values, not in a mix mode.
The second problem is that RRAS doesn't sends the
CallerID field, how can this field be configured in RRAS
to be sent.
The last problem is that sometimes, while in a session,
an invalid accounting stop packet receives to the RADIUS
server that may make that malfunctioning. I notice the
illegal packet by seeing the SessionTime field is set to
zero. How can this problem be avoided.
Best regards,
