Radio Buttons for Consumer Survey

I've been asked to design a database that stores consumer data. It's
basically a bunch of questions with prompted answers. I'm having difficulty
determining the best way to record answers in a form. For eaxmple:

Q
I use frozen entrees.

A
-That's Me!
-Sometimes
-Rarely

The same 3 answers apply to each question. Should I use radio buttons to
record the answers?
