Create a custom Confirmation page that displays the values. Please note that
there is no intrinsic facility to allow you to correlate the Opinions of
multiple responses. To accomplish that you'll need to use ASP or some other
language to persist the information. I also believe that there is an add-in
available on the http://www.microsoft.com/frontpage site.
