Radeon x800 versus geforce 6800: advice please

Hello,

Buying a new PC and have a choice of:
nvidia Geforce 6800 GTO 256MB or
ATI radeon x800 XT 256MB

Want the card that is going to give me the best looking games and the best
FPS - there is about £45 (UK Pounds) price difference (ATI costs more).

Please advise!
