Device manager has a Radeon 9200 listed as primary
and Gigabyte Radeon 9200 listed as secondary. I have
tried to remove either one and when I reboot, XP
will reinstall it. I am using the primary because
that is where the ATI control panel is located.
Any help?

A7N8X-E Deluxe
Gigabyte Radeon 9200 128MB
Corsair XMS 1gig PC3200 dual channel
Barton 2500 O/C to 3200
XP Pro
Samsung 955DF

That's perfectly normal because the card supports two monitors.
In device manager there will be 2 display adapters shown.

since you have "two" of them, why not see if they will support dual
monitors?

You likely have a dual head Radeon (supports two monitors simultaneously)

I recommend you download and install the latest drivers, as it looks like
you might have some inconsistencies there, also, I prefer to have the
drivers from the chip manufacturer than the board manufacturer.

according to power color... the ATI 9100 was the only card not to support
dual monitor...
even though the manual said it did.
