Has any one had a problem with the 12v connector on this card I had one
delivered and it had a pin missing, sent it on an RMA marked DOA which took
2days to get and 14days later it still has not arrived. This is the service
in the UK from Ebuyer. Anyone else had bad service from them.
 
Um i supose you pluged it in and tryed it ? maybe it dont need the pin
?

I have never seen a 12v Molex connector with only three pins. yes the card
was dead.

I'd be quite certain that Ebuyer is a respectable company, with pretty good
service. Having spoke to others, they seem to agree. However, my latest
order, which contains all components for a new PC build..... was supposed to
be on my doorstep on the 26th of August. Numerous delays have occured, and
it pisses me right off..... still, good communication etc.... they even
throw out free shipping and things like that whenever you have a problem.

Use their enote service to check on the status of the replacemnt/refund if
you're worried.
 
Got the replacement card today, it took 14 days to replace a card that was
sent out faulty by them. I call that awful service.

Burn them alive! Perhaps the card was out of stock.....

If it was one of the two center pins then it is not needed, both are redundant
ground pins so as long as it had one.
