radeon 9200

I purchased the Radeon 9200, my operating system is Windows XP home and the
MB P4P800VM, I am having problems with the driver, cannot play any games
system hangs, does anyone have any advise or experienced problems with the
9200. Driver does not seem to install correctly, have even downloaded
updated driver without success.

I have heard of driver install being fixed by re-naming an ATI .inf file in
C:\windows\inf directory. Try installing in Safe Mode by holding F8 at OS
boot. Check http://rage3d.com for more advice.

Try running with no Anti Aliasing. I have this same card, and in some
games, AA creates big problems, but without no problem.

The card's not really fast enough to use AA except at lower res, so I
wouldn't worry about not having AA. I find using a higher res is
better than AA.

Let us know what you find. i don't know if my card is normal or not.
