radeon 7500 and midnight club 2

hey, got the midnight club 2 for PC, started it up, noticed screwed up
graphics.. read the readme.txt that came with the game, noticed it has
issues with the radeon 7500 and the catalyst 3.4 drivers, upgraded to
the catalyst 3.5 drivers, still a no go :/

anyone have this game running normal with this card?

also, anyone know how long till the next catalyst release by chance, i
know it hasnt been long since the 3.5 release, but dont know how long
of a time frame it normally is between releases.

There's also an uncertified 3.5 driver release with an OpenGL fix that you
can get from http://www.ati.com/support/infobase/4229.html. It's a
combination display + control panel driver. Don't know if your game is an
OpenGL game, or even if that would make any difference to the graphics, but
there it is.
