Hi,

I've got Radeon 7200 All-In-Wonder in my computer. There is a small fan attached to the video card, but that ****er makes A LOT of noise.

So the question - how do u think - will my card go up in smokes if I disconnect the cooler?

Thanks!

I pulled my fan off a couple years ago on my AIW Radeon so far so good

Take the cooler off, run a PC Slot fan right under it. Back in the day, when
most cards just had a passive heatsink, I always ran PC's this way. Heat is
sucked right out the back of the PC, never mingling with the CPU heat. Runs
cooler, and the slot fan is always quieter (if you dont buy a .99c cheapie).

Just make sure you have a heatsink or something to put on the GPU.

Now, on all of my video cards, I always replace the cheap thermal paste that
comes on it stock, with Artic Silver. Every little bit helps.
