RacAgent and DEP in vista ultimate

Starting yesterday, every few minutes, DEP is shutting down the RacAgent. I
updated Vista this morning but nothing has changed. Any ideas?
 
Is there a Vista service pack 1 coming out that will fix this pile of crap
os system or do I have to whip this pile of crap computer out the window!??
